**What are your operating hours?**
Our hours are pretty flexible, but we kindly ask that you reach out to us between 9 am and 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and between 10 am and 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. However, we've got you covered 24/7 for online availability checks and bookings.
**Do you carry insurance?**
Absolutely! Our current insurance policy is valid until April 2, 2025. We hold public liability cover, and if you'd like to take a peek at our policy, just let us know, and we'll provide you with a copy.
**Are your inflatables safe?**
You bet! All our inflatables meet the stringent EN14960 European Safety Standard. Plus, we subject each unit to rigorous testing and certification by an authorized Inspection Body every 12 months. Safety is our top priority.
**How much advance notice do you need for a booking?**
Bookings are welcome at any time. However, we highly recommend securing your spot as far in advance as possible. Our calendar tends to fill up quickly, and we'd hate for you to miss out on all the fun!
**How do I reserve a bouncy castle?**
Booking your bouncy castle is a breeze! You can check availability and make a booking online 24/7. Simply choose your desired castle, pick your date, and hit the "check availability" button. Follow the prompts, and your castle will be reserved for your chosen date.
**What about deposits and cancellation?**
To secure your booking, we request a €50 deposit. While the deposit itself is non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you can carry the deposit over to a new date within the same calendar year, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
**Is there a delivery fee?**
We're conveniently situated between Claremorris & Ballinrobe, and here's the great news – there's no delivery charge for any location within 30 km of our base. If your location falls outside this radius, we'll let you know about any delivery charges when you book.
**What time can I expect the delivery and pickup?**
While we'll provide specific drop-off details closer to your event, generally we aim to deliver your castle either on the evening before or early on the morning of your booking. Pickups typically begin from 8 pm during the summer months and 6 pm during the winter. If you need the castle later than these times, just let us know when you book, and consider adding an extra day for a small additional fee to keep the fun going as long as you want on the night of your event.
**Do I need supervision for the inflatable?**
Absolutely, safety first! A responsible adult must be on hand to supervise the kids at all times while they enjoy the inflatable. Never leave it unattended.
**What kind of surface do I need for an inflatable?**
A clean, flat surface like grass is ideal. Make sure it's free of any objects, especially sharp ones like rocks.
**How much space do I need?**
In addition to the size of the inflatable, you'll need to allow for a minimum of 4 feet at the front and a minimum of 5 feet all around. Keep the area clear of toys, swings, patio furniture, and any debris.
**Do I need to prepare anything before your arrival?**
Before your inflatable arrives, please ensure that the designated area is clean and free from sharp objects. Move any furniture, swings, or playsets to prevent obstructions. Also, clear the area of any animal waste and ensure a clear pathway from your driveway to the setup area. Safety and cleanliness are key!
**What's the plan in bad weather?**
Your safety is our top priority. If the weather forecast predicts heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or any conditions that could pose a safety risk, we may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. Rest assured, our team closely monitors weather conditions to make the best call for everyone's safety.
**Can I set up the bouncy castle indoors?**
Absolutely! We frequently set up indoors during the winter months in community centres and halls. Some venues may require a copy of our insurance, which we're happy to provide. Feel free to get in touch to discuss indoor event options in more detail.
**What if I need bouncy castles for an event or show?**
We've got you covered! Whether it's an agricultural show, family fun day, sports event, or any occasion, we offer a variety of castles suitable for all ages. Plus, we can provide the necessary staff for supervision and even generators if power outlets are a bit too far from the setup area. Let's make your event a hit!
**Can I hire a supervisor for the bouncy castle?**
Absolutely! We can provide experienced staff to supervise the bouncy castles at your event. Reach out to us to discuss your specific needs, and we'll ensure everything runs smoothly.
**Can we bring sweets, food, balloons, confetti, or similar items into the castle?**
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any sweets, food, balloons, confetti, or similar items into the castle. While we want everyone to have a fantastic time, these items can pose a risk to the safety and cleanliness of the inflatable. Our top priority is ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
**What about robot lawnmowers?**
For safety reasons, it's crucial to turn off your robot lawnmower completely during the entire duration of your bouncy castle booking. Robot lawnmowers, while handy for lawn care, can pose risks to deflated bouncy castles. They may inadvertently damage the inflatable, get entangled in cords, or cause punctures, potentially compromising the safety and integrity of the castle. The blades of robot lawnmowers can cause punctures or tears in the bouncy castle's material, which may not always be immediately noticeable but can weaken the inflatable structure over time. Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
